The Academy trains you to find joy, success, significance, and purpose in this journey we call life. I have taken all that I have learned in my 45 years of sports and life experiences to create "CHAMP10N Sports Life Coaching®" courses, workshops, and classes. CHAMP10N Sports Life Coaching® is not just for athletes and teams; it is for anyone who has a desire to train for a life on purpose. If you have never been an athlete or if you have been involved in sports your entire life, the Life Training Academy will introduce you to the power of training "for Success, Significance and Service" and equip you with the tools need to overcome life's toughest challenges. Thank you for wanting more out of your life and taking the time to search for how to do it.

OUR WORK

Today’s student-athlete is more than an athlete. They are a brand, a leader, and a future professional navigating increasingly complex realities: financial decisions, personal brand management, leadership, wellbeing, career transition, and life after sport.

At the same time, the evolving NIL landscape creates a need for stakeholders to provide authentic, meaningful opportunities for student-athletes. These opportunities allow athletes to gain real-world experience while delivering measurable value. We are the blueprint for connecting this whole-person development with legitimate NIL activation.

Through our donor-sponsored 3D Life Training System, LTA provides practical, high-performance courses built specifically for student-athletes to prepare to win life after sport. Sponsorship funding supports education, coaching, playbooks, assessments, and whole-person development. The university gains a meaningful athlete-development program without bearing the full financial cost.
 
Under separate agreements, selected athletes may be compensated for defined promotional services: authentic social content, testimonials, interviews, appearances, sponsor campaigns, and authorized content use.
